This is just a guide I'll refer to when pricing the puppies. Each dog will have its own price based on his/her attributes. Dogs only need papers if you want to show or breed them. I highly encourage you to spay/neuter your pet if you plan on having him/her for a pet. My puppies are, for the most part, intended as pets. By only giving partial papers to pet animals, I hope they will be kept as pets and not used for breeding. You will still have the AKC papers but will not be able to paper any of the offspring. Hairless can mean either "true hairless" or "hairy hairless."
Shipping Info:
I am going to give top priority to people who can pick up the dog in person. It's important to meet the breeder (and for me to meet the hopeful owners) and it may be traumatic for the puppy to be shipped. Dogs can be shipped anywhere in the continental U.S. for $350. This covers the cost of shipping, the extra trip to the vet for traveling papers, the cost of a crate and any clothes or blankets, and gas money for the trip to the airport. I can fly the dogs out of Spokane, Seattle, or Portland. Spokane is 4+ hours round trip and Seattle and Portland are about eight hours. For $1000 I (or a representative) will fly with the dog and hand deliver him/her. Two dogs can be shipped together for $400 (the extra $50 is for the second dog's traveling papers). It must be under 90 degrees for the dogs to travel. Also, I cannot ship them in cold or stormy weather.
Terms of Sale:
I cannot guarantee the puppy’s size or color at adulthood. Also, there is no guarantee that the puppy will breed or place in a dog show. The buyer is responsible for all transportation fees (including those of a replacement puppy if applicable). The seller is not responsible for any veterinarian or other bills once the puppy leaves my home.
Puppies sold with Full AKC rights will be replaced with a similar puppy if the original dog is diagnosed with a genetic defect by a licensed veterinarian within the puppy’s first six months of life. The buyer must return the puppy with its paperwork along with a letter from the vet (with name, address, phone number and type of disorder) within one week of this exam. Puppies sold with out papers as "pets" will only be replaced if they are diagnosed with a life threatening disorder within the puppy’s first 6 months of life. If the buyer refuses to return the puppy, this guarantee is null and void. Genetic defects do not include poor teeth or bite in the hairless variety or hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia may occur when a toy breed puppy misses a meal combined with the stress of moving.
